Punctual, polite, and professional .. perfect!

Used Central Penn for preventative maintenance since we moved into a new home. They are very prompt and professional. Today Ben was out to service our AC system. Ben did a great job cleaning and adjusting the system for the summer and was great working around my unruly and barking dogs!

Casey was very polite and through. He also pointed out that our sump pump was not working.

Mark completed our Dpring maintenance. He called before coming, arrived at the time he said and was exceptional about explaining things and completing our service in a timely manner.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. I called Central Penn plumbing for a small leak on the water valve from my main water line. A service tech named Alex called me back within 10 mins for assessments. After explaining the situation, he asked if it was ok for a video conference to assess what needs to be done. He called me back after a few minutes deliberating with another associate and assured me the best course of action was to tighten the nut behind the valve and it should fix the issue. He asked if that was something I was comfortable doing and if not, he would come out to service. It absolutely did the trick. You hear the horror stories of people getting scammed for simple fixes and get charged hundreds because it was "so much work", Not here. Alex was fantastic and even followed up a little while later to see if it still was holding. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Alex and thank you Central Penn Plumbing.

Alex is awesome! Always courteous, upbeat, honest, and cleans up after himself. My expansion tank on the water heater was on it's last leg and he brought it to my attention. As a result, Chris is on his way to install a new one! Alex also suggested that I have my water tested, even though it's public water. He explained that PA has hard water, and as a result Calcium is prevalent and hard on the pipes and appliances. To sum up, I was one of the real estate agents that represented Yingst Homes in building the communities of Thornhill and Crosswinds in Hampden Township. That being said, in the seven years that I worked with Central Penn Plumbing & Heating all of the professionals, both in the field and in the office, always went above and beyond! Nothing but praise for your establishment! Thank you!!
