John and Chris did an excellent job replacing my failed water heater expansion tank and correcting a safety oversight that had been made in the original installation.

This review is for Jon Beck, Julian and Malachi. As a Human Resources Professional, I am always looking to recruit individuals who are competent and understand customer service. It is not easy. Whomever hired these three individuals got it 200% right. First Jon: as an estimator he did his job wonderfully. But he went beyond more than any other we have come into contact with. He understood what we needed and that we needed it fast. He laid out options that were easy to follow and he answered every single question of which I had many. We felt he cared and just wasnt trying to make a sale. In todays economy, nothing is easy to afford, but through his explanations and sincerity we quickly trusted him and today we have a wonderful system and feel good about our decision. Trust is everything and along with his knowledge and obvious commitment to service; he is that rare employee I hope you are proud to have on your team. Regarding Julian and Malachi: These young men are also incredible examples of what I am always looking for in my organization. Commitment, energy and hard work. They were committed to getting AC into our home the first day and we are so grateful. The number of times up and down our stairs, hauling old equipment out and new equipment in had to be awful in the heat and humidity of the two days they were here but they persevered. These are two impressive employees that you have. Also very knowledgeable and respectful. We hope you are proud to have both of these guys on your team as well. All three of these guys are why we will stay with Central Penn and I will be sure to share our experiences with them throughout our HOA. They were amazing to us and we are so very thankful for each of them. Retention is an important thing in my work so hang onto to these guys; there is no doubt that you will not be disappointed. Needed some electrical help to replace an HDMI cable on my outside TV. The Central Penn team did some troubleshooting and quickly diagnosed the problem. They replaced the cable and reinstalled the TV in the outdoor protective case. They did a very good job, very professional. I appreciate their efforts and recommend anyone to employ them.
