The tech was very thorough in troubleshooting our problem with water leaking from our furnace onto the basement floor. I had several questions and he answered them all. He really took the time to diagnose a problem that was not obvious. The cost was reasonable and the problem was fixed!

Ben was terrific. My furnace was not running properly and not only did he call the evening before to go over what the problem could possibly be (and offer suggestions as to how to reset the furnace if needed) but he also came out the next day ahead of the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, professional and found the problem in very short order. Ben is one of the reasons I really appreciate Central Penn! I always get A+ service from this company!

They are on top of it with scheduling. Made it easy to get in their books. Looking for an issue and maintenance. Took care of issue quickly! The gentleman was very nice and took the time explaining issues!

Woke up to no heat recently and although I was told they had no openings to schedule someone to come out during normal business hours that day, they did schedule us for and after hours appt. (which unfortunately is more expensive) However, they also said they would keep an eye on how their technicians were doing during the day and try to get someone out to us before normal business hours ended if possible. I was ecstatic when their tech Bryan called me and said he had wrapped up his appts and would be at our place before normal business hours ended! He quickly identified the problem, went and picked up the part (luckily in stock) and replaced it getting our furnace up and running again. Bryan was friendly, professional, and saved us the after hours fee. We’re warm again and couldn’t be more pleased!

Excellent service! I called in the AM because our heat was not working. We were a new customer and they helped immediately and had a technician arrive by early afternoon. The tech was great and fixed the issue. Will definitely be using them for ongoing service moving forward!

Our technician Mark was on time. He completely cleaned and serviced our system. He was courteous and a pleasure to have him in our home.
