I recently had Central Penn Plumbing out to replace our water heater. They quickly came out assessed what was needed and scheduled the service. The technicians who arrived offered to wear boots, informed me of all work to be done and kept me informed of issues/concerns that I should need to know as the homeowner.

Bryan called ahead to let me know ge was on his way, then arrived right when he said he would. He got right to work and took care of our Fall HVAC maintenance. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and did a great job ensuring everything was operational for the upcoming Fall/ Winter season.
