I contacted Central Penn for a second opinion on my furnace, and I’m so glad I did. The technician took the time to thoroughly inspect it, including using a scope and performing combustion testing, and explained his findings. After being faced with a major repair recommendation, I really appreciated the thorough assessment and peace of mind. I was impressed enough that I’ve already enrolled in their annual maintenance program for my furnace, AC, and mini-split system. I’ve also already recommended that two other people make the switch to Central Penn. Thank you for a great experience!

Outstanding service provider

Every technician (today it was Brian) has been courteous, knowledgable and thorough as they maintain our HVAC system. Appointments are easily scheduled, the tech calls when on the way and the window of time scheduled is always metsometimes early. Pricing is reasonable. We know if we experience an emergency, Central Penn will have our back!

The Central Penn Service Man arrived on time and did an excellent job of performing maintenance on my HVAC system. Now I’m ready for winter!

Mark provided a spring inspection. Was very informative about was he was checking on. Not only did a nice job but also interacted with our pets . He also made sure he was not tracking dirt . Hopefully he’ll be back for the fall inspection

Today I had the main valve coming into the house replaced by a Central Penn technician. He completed the work quickly (20 minutes!). The new valve looks great! Earlier another company had given me a quote for hundreds of dollars more, so I am so happy I contacted Central Penn for this work instead. Shout out to Veolia too for making sure I had the water turned on at the end of the day.

Alex is awesome! Always courteous, upbeat, honest, and cleans up after himself. My expansion tank on the water heater was on it's last leg and he brought it to my attention. As a result, Chris is on his way to install a new one! Alex also suggested that I have my water tested, even though it's public water. He explained that PA has hard water, and as a result Calcium is prevalent and hard on the pipes and appliances. To sum up, I was one of the real estate agents that represented Yingst Homes in building the communities of Thornhill and Crosswinds in Hampden Township. That being said, in the seven years that I worked with Central Penn Plumbing & Heating all of the professionals, both in the field and in the office, always went above and beyond! Nothing but praise for your establishment! Thank you!!

I have dealt with Central Penn for many years - maintenance and installation of a new heating unit. They stand by their products and service. Highly recommend.
