Chris was our technician. He is very punctual, personable and professional. He did all work as we requested and explained some information and answered all questions we had. When he was finished everything was neat and clean. Highly recommend Chris and Central Penn.

I recently had Central Penn Plumbing out to replace our water heater. They quickly came out assessed what was needed and scheduled the service. The technicians who arrived offered to wear boots, informed me of all work to be done and kept me informed of issues/concerns that I should need to know as the homeowner.

Bryan called ahead to let me know ge was on his way, then arrived right when he said he would. He got right to work and took care of our Fall HVAC maintenance. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and did a great job ensuring everything was operational for the upcoming Fall/ Winter season. I am writing to acknowledge the efforts of Central Penns, Jon Beck. Jon came out to my home shortly after the July 4th rainstorm which hit us hard in Mechanicsburg. My AC system became inoperable after the AC condenser was damaged by a falling tree, shutting the system down. Jon evaluated the situation and promptly generated estimates for both replacement and repair of the unit. He was kind, professional and patient as I asked many questions about my system. Furthermore, he was responsive even after his visit, as we had several e-mail exchanges while insurance issues were being resolved. Jon demonstrated top notch customer service promptly responding to every inquiry. Your employees are your greatest resource. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jon as I feel he is worthy of recognition.Also wanted to thank Ben for performing the actual repair work. The morning of the appointment he called to let me know he was on his way, was on time, and promptly finished the job in a professional and courteous manner. Thanks Ben!
