We had our fall furnace and hot water heater serviced by Mark on 9/22. He was professional and courteous. Mark did a great job! I also like that he and others at Central Penn put shoe covers on when servicing our HVAC!!! Thank you!

Central Penn Plumbing and HVAC is the best....and it's because of service techs like Ben. He arrived within the promised time frame, and even called ahead to let me know he was coming. He was friendly and efficient, and did a great job on our Fall/Winter preventive maintenance. It's nice having the peace of mind knowing our heating system will work properly as the temps grow colder outside. Thanks Ben, and thanks Central Penn for the consistent great service over the years !

Once again, CP proved why they are the best. Bryan called ahead with plenty of notice to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and got right to work with our scheduled HVAC system maintenance. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and left me with some tips on how to ensure our systems continue to run well between normal maintenance visits. Good service one time is nice, twice might be a happy coincidence, but to get consistent great service EVERY time shows a company is on top of their game , and that they care about their customers. I had several plumbing issues taken care of by Jon W. Super nice man, efficient, timely, cleaned up everything afterwards and gave me advice on things to buy and how to take care of everything going forward. Very satisfied with his work. Will definitely use Central Penn again!
