11/10/25 Scheduled Fall maintenance on our furnace. As expected we received a call notifying us that Brian was on his way. We appreciate this immensely. Brian was friendly and extremely professional. He completed the maintenance in good time. He also suggested that we change the filter in 3 months and the type of filter we should buy as the replacement. In our opinion, Brian is an exceptional technician and valuable employee of Central Penn Plumbing.

Ben was excellent to work with. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he got here he was professional and made sure to have boot covers on. He asked before using water to clean the system to see what sink would be best to use. He was quick and efficient and answered any questions I had.
