Ben did great job timely and efficient hvac checkup

Scott came out on time. Took good care of my air conditioning unit. I was wondering about druer vent cleaning he gave me advice and helped me get it scheduled. Everyone at Central Penn is very friendly and helpful. I try to use all their services i trust them and am glad to suggest them to anyone who is looking for any of their services.

We recently had two different Central Penn techs provide service. Last week Alex did our annual Spring Maintenance on the HVAC system and did a great job. He arrived at the promised time, and called ahead to let us know he was coming. He was professional, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. Today, Ben came and serviced two other separate properties for us. Just like Alex, he arrived on time and called ahead to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived, he immediately jumped right into the service and was very pleasant, professional, and efficient. This is exactly why our choice has always been to go with Central Penn. They know their stuff, and consistently give only top-notch service. We simply will not go with anyone else. Central Penn is the best !

I recently moved and needed my air conditioner serviced. I choose Central Penn Plumbing Serice to do the maintenance and I couldn't be more pleased. They have a great service contract for new customers. Alex, our technician, was right on time. He provided the necessary maintenance on my AC unit and my tankless water heater. I never had that type of water heater before so he went over the system with me. He also set me up with the app to conyrol my thermostat so I can access it while away from home. This is nice to have incase I forget to adjust the thermostat before leaving on vacation. I highly recommend Central Penn Plumbing Service for any plumbing, heating or air conditioner needs.

Not the fault of employee who came here. So certainly dont want anything go against. He did what he thought was wrongbut it wasnt.
